Disturbing dream

I had a dream a few nights ago that bothered me ... still bothers me.

I was on a train track on a cliff, and a train was fast approaching.

My options were to get hit by the train or jump off the cliff.

I jumped.

I'm not facing cliffs or trains (or anything remotely represented by them) in my life right now, but I'm afraid of the kind of circumstances that a person could face that would feel like a choice between being hit by a train or jumping off a cliff.
