Sick feeling

Remember, three years ago, watching the TV and just waiting ... and then how horrible -- how horribly nightmare-like -- it felt to see what the entire Gulf area looked like after Katrina hit?

That sick feeling is back. Again. Seeing pictures, reading stories, watching footage of people packing up, loading up their families and any material things they can cram into a vehicle or a bus and leaving. Again. Wondering whether, after perhaps just barely getting back on their feet, they'll have to start all over. Again.

And feeling completely helpless to do anything. Again.
