Laughter and Flowers Musing

If the Earth truly laughs in flowers, as a set of cards from Holly claims, then I passed a most joyous garden on my way back to work tonight .... on, of all the appropriate places, Rainbow Street. It made me smile, too. It's nice to think of smiles and laughter -- of joy in general -- taking the shape of a flower. It fits. A smile blooms across a face, laughter spreads color in a room or crowd ... both are contagious. They take root elswhere, until all around a smiling, laughing person is smiles and laughter.
